The customer will be notified when the service is active via SMS. Internet recharge vouchers can only be purchased 24 hours after activation.
Once the voucher period has expired, the customer must purchase a top-up voucher through the Openserve website at https://openserve.co.za/openserveisp/verify-prepaid. Voucher purchases must be made by credit/debit card and will only become active once payment confirmation has been received. The customer will automatically be redirected upon first connection after expiry.
Customers in the 20/10Mbps footprint may recharge with 3-, 7-, 14-, or 30-day vouchers on either the 20Mbps, 25Mbps, or 50Mbps service speeds. The service speed will automatically adjust to the active recharge voucher.

The customer will no longer be able to contact Onefibre for support and will be required to log faults via the Openserve App.
Customers can report any service disruptions through the Onefibre agent assistance via whatsapp on 0813414599 or by calling 0878085426.
If a fault on the Onefibre network causes downtime, the customer must report the fault. Onefibre will allocate courtesy Internet data equivalent to the outage period. This will only apply to Onefibre Prepaid Compact-Fibre lines with an active Internet recharge voucher.
A fault can only be reported on a line that has an active Onefibre voucher.
Migrations are not permitted from post-paid fibre to prepaid compact fibre.
